STOCK CLIP BASED MODIFIEDS. TUBE CHASSIS MODIFIEDS WILL HAVE TO BE
APPROVED BY WILLARD SPEEDWAY OFFICIALS
2. FLOATER OR QUICK CHANGE REAR AXLE PERMITTED
3. 2010 MODIFIED WEIGHT/ENGINE/CHASSIS COMBINATIONS:
2400 LBS. OPEN ENGINE ALUMINUM HEAD ONLY/STEEL BLOCK/STOCK CLIP

2300 LBS. OPEN ENGINE STEEL HEAD/BLOCK/STOCK CLIP BASED
2250 LBS. CRATE ENGINE GM 604/STOCK CLIP BASED (ADD: DO IT YOURSELF"

ALL MODIFIEDS WILL RUN 8" HOOSIER MEDIUM OR D40 OR AMERICAN RACER
MEDIUM...DUROMETER ETC. TESTED.
ANY FURTHER NECESSARY RULES AND/OR RACE PROCEDURES NECESSARY ARE AT
THE DISCRETION OF WILLARD SPEEDWAY AND FINAL UPON DECISION.
WILLARD SPEEDWAY RESERVES THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO MODIFY, AMEND,
CANCEL, RESEARCH, CHANGE AND/OR ANYTHING SIMILAR OR DISSIMILAR TO
PROMOTE COMPETITION, SAFETY, SPECTATOR EXPECTATION AND/OR TRACK
OPERATIONAL MATTERS PURSUANT TO THESE OR OTHERS AS NEED MIGHT ARISE.
ALL MATTERS OF INTERPRETATION AND/OR ADMINISTRATION OF THESE AND/OR
ANY OTHER RULES/PROCEDURES AT WILLARD SPEEDWAY IS AT THE SOLE
DISCRETION OF WILLARD SPEEDWAY.
